Anna Nicole’s mother wants her daughter to be buried in Texas
24 February 2007Anna Nicole’s mother, Virgi Arthur, submitted extreme inquiry in order to block Anna’s funeral in the Bahamas. Anna’s body was preliminary awarded by the Broward County judge, the so known “Sobbing Judge”, to Dannielynn who is presented by the appointed court the professional trustee.
The guardian, attorney Richard Milstein, said that Anna Nicole Smith would be buried next to her son in the Bahamas. However, Milstein gave no concrete time limits for funerals.
In reply to Anna’s mother claim the judicial assistant has told, that inquiry to block funeral was considered, but the assistant did not know, when the final decision will be announced.
Attorneys for Virgi Arthur, who insists on Smith being buried in Texas where Arthur lives, are searching for cancellation of the Fourth District Court decision. The Appeal Court in West Palm Beach was closed at 17:00 and no reference has been submitted.
That is really shocking, is that Virgi Arthur, Anna Nicole’s mother, waited till the death of her “dear” daughter to start caring of her. However, it does not look like a real, sincere care, but it seems like a cheap and dirty obsession. Probably, now Arthur feels guilty to not care of her daughter and does everything possible to demonstrate her love and empathy.
