Placido Domingo has acted with a concert in Chile

Spanish tenor Placido Domingo has acted with a free-of-charge concert before 15.000 spectators on Armas square, in Santiago. Domingo’s singing was accompanied by Veronica Villarroel’s magnificent soprano.
As “Typicallyspanish” news agency informs, this event has been devoted to 150-years anniversary of city municipal theatre. Later, in his interview, Domingo has noted, that the concert was a wonderful occasion to make people happy.
At his 66, Placido still keeps going, arranging and giving concerts, conferences and different charity programs. The top tenor says that the voice is mystery and he still doesn’t know what makes him singing. Last year the 66-year-old Domingo has given more that 3.300 live concerts.
The global network allows Domingo to communicate with his fans and to give audio- and videoconferences, live broadcasts. By the way, you may find more than 2,000 video clips of the tenor at the YouTube Web site.
When the journalists ask Domingo about his secrets of his cheerfulness and vital energy, Domingo answers that the secret is in his voice. The top tenor says that singing gives him strength and passion.
