Rhymes is to pay for mistakes

27 March 2007

The “Gimme Some More” star is to answer for his two charges in New York City Court. Recently, Busta Rhymes has been arrested for driving with counterfeited license.
The rapper was given a conditional discharge; the singer would also have to work for 10 day for community service of New York and to attend special anger-management courses. After the court hearings the Brooklyn-born Rhymes (whose real name is Trevor Smith) had to pay $500 fine for driving with suspended license.
The rap super-star has been pleaded guilty in both cases – for driving with suspended license, rough treatment and uncontrolled behavior. The first complaint was made 19-year-old Rhymes’ fan who claimed that he has been beaten up for spitting out on Busta’s SUV.
The second complaint was made by the 39-year-old singer’s ex-driver, who said that the rapper has pushed him during the dispute over the money.
